GALLIFREYAN. Though the Doctor looks visibly human there are many aspects to her physiology that are incredibly different and inherantly 'alien'. She has an augmented lifespan, being over 2000 years and having essentially lived multiple lifetimes due to being able to regenerate. She also has a decreased need for food and sleep, a respiratory bypass system (allowing her to go long periods of time without breathing), enhanced senses (including being able to distinguish materials/etc through smell/taste), heightened reflexes and two hearts. Gallifreyans are also more durable, able to survive falls that would kill a human, exist in vacuums for a short period and even withstand the effects of radiation. Whilst more durable she can still succumb to mortal injuries, such as gunshots, as evidenced by how many lives the Doctor has had. She is also less affected by extreme temperatures, able to withstand heat and cold.

LANGUAGES. Though the Doctor can normally translate/speak every language (barring those that are too basic or too complex to be translated) this is something she won't be able to do. Instead she will be limited to the languages that she has spent time learning, including: Gallifreyan (multiple languages), English, Judoon, Delphon, Chinese (multiple languages), Ancient North Martian, Venusian, Portuguese, Tritovore, Sycoraxic (non-fluent), Tiaanamat, French and could previously use British Sign Language.
INTELLECT. Over her many lifetimes, the Doctor has learned many skills, considering herself a doctor of just about everything (including a few ridiculous things). She is incredibly smart, often the smartest person in the room, with a near eidetic memory. Whilst the skills she uses most frequently are those that help her on her daily adventures the Doctor has been many things to many people. Some of her other skills/training include medicine, chemistry, cheesemaking, advanced physics, temporal sciences and engineering.
ENGINEER. One of her most frequently used skills, something that the Doctor has relied on time and again through her lifetimes, is her skills with engineering. This includes TARDIS maintenance, creating sonic screwdrivers out of scrap, and using/repairing/modifying alien technology, including technology that she's never encountered before. The Doctor is also skilled with using technology, such as turning a mobile phone into a scanning device and being able to quickly reprogram or build devices. She's also a skilled pilot, having flown the TARDIS for centuries (no matter what anyone says about her skills) and has used/flown/stopped crashing other spaceships previously.
COMBAT. Though she doesn't like weapons, preferring to use her intellect to get her out of any situation, she isn't defenceless. Trained in Venusian aikido, a nonlethal martial art, the Doctor is quick and capable in using it. In one of her lifetimes, she shrugged off the name Doctor, being known as a warrior in order to complete their part in the Time War, fighting, killing, and being prepared to end it all.
ESCAPING. As well as being able to come up with a plan on the spot to escape danger the Doctor also learned a few skills from Houdini, allowing her to escape confines and pick locks.
